How long does a VPS take to deploy?

About a minute. Once your order is in, you kick off the OS install yourself from the VirtFusion panel: pick your image, start it, and the VM is online roughly a minute later with the access details right there in the panel.

Where can I deploy a VPS?

Six locations across Europe: Vienna, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Eygelshoven, Maribor and Stockholm, with Frankfurt and Stockholm the most recent. Pick your region on the deploy page above, where live availability is shown. If a location fills up we pause new orders there until we've added capacity.

Can I install my own ISO or operating system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload your own ISO from the control panel and boot into it to install, or use it as a rescue environment. You handle it yourself, no ticket required.

I've misconfigured my networking. How do I get back in?

Accepted Answer

Open the VNC console from your control panel and log in as if you were sitting at the machine, then fix the config. It works even when the network doesn't, and it's there any time you need it.

What uptime SLA do you guarantee?

99.99% on both network and service availability. If we miss it you're owed service credits, and the exact terms are in the SLA on our legal page.

VirtFusion. New VPS run on it by default, and we're moving the last few legacy instances off the old Virtualizor panel onto it. You get console access, reinstalls, rDNS and more without raising a ticket.
